Bag of the Week: For the Love of Some Sunshine

Baggit Bag of the Week

Black is a universal color that pairs up flawlessly with any other color. And because the summers are upon us already, our bag for this week is a bright mustard one from Baggit whose top handle style is just perfect for this black maxi dress with black and yellow printed bodice. Maxi dresses are a rage thanks to their comfort and versatility. This flowy, sleeveless number is exactly what’s needed to beat the heat. As there is much going on in the first half of the dress, the rest of the accessories have been kept to a minimum and in black; just a pop of color on the nails. The bag has been reviewed in detail here.

Baggit Look

Style Tips: A subtle black liner and a coral lipstick would be the choice for eye and lip makeup. If it is an evening occasion, opt for a red lippy. The gown is so elegant in itself that not much effort would be required to look a diva!

Vidya Gupta

Mother to three lovely boys and wife of a banking professional, I am extremely passionate about a host of topics, bags being one of them. For the record, the others are - makeup, travel, photography, in no particular order. Here I share my perspective on the Indian as well as the international bag-scene. As a youngster I would spend most of my money on bags and carry one according to my outfit. It is this love that I express through this blog. Needless to say, any suggestions for improvement, even healthy criticisms, are highly encouraged. Hope you enjoy your stay here and find something useful to help you on your next bag purchase!
