At a recent charity exhibition named Araaish in Mumbai, Kajol looked quite colorful in her outfit but balanced it out with a metallic silver Bottega Veneta Limited Edition Intrecciato Cabat Tote. This bag was introduced in 2009 but as it turns out metallic finish is still much sought after, as we saw in a recent post.
With this bag, the Intrecciato does half the job and the metallic finish does the other and is the jewel in the crown. I found a detailed picture of this bag, courtesy of PurseBlog, but in a bronze shade, rather than the silver that Kajol carries:
This is truly magnificence personified. Every bit of this bag screams elegance and class. It can also be expanded by simply pushing out the sides tucked in neatly, much like the trapeze bags.
Sadly, being limited edition, there is no trace of the Cabat Tote even in the Bottega Veneta Official website. This sold for around $6,000 back in 2009. Be prepared to shell out more if it is re-introduced, by any stroke of luck! There is plenty of choice in their website for other models in Intrecciato Metallics though.
