Caprese Bags unveiled its Spring Summer 2013 collection in Mumbai sometime in May this year. VIP Industries had tied up with Caprese, an Italian brand inspired by the Isle of Capri, late 2012 and holds exclusive brand rights in all markets. VIP believes the niche handbag segment, in the range of INR 2000 – INR 7000, is grossly untapped in India and hopes to fill in this gap.
Their Spring Summer collection was inaugurated by the recently crowned Miss India 2013 trio. Now one of them shares their surname with me; perhaps the reason I am so keen on covering their activity! on a serious note, they have a lovely collection categorized into classic and fashion. The former has more predictable designs, and rather plain exteriors, making them an ideal candidate for formal occasions. Take a look:

And now coming to the event in question; I think the girls are perfectly dressed for the occasion – I love the pink-blue pairing by Sobhita Dhulipala and the beige short dress on Zoya Afroz. Not to mention the lovely bags forming the perfect backdrop – they truly have a spectrum of colors.
