Baggit Flora Fauna Collection

Some awesome designs have been introduced in the new Baggit Flora Fauna collection. Baggit was unmatched in the Indian market-space when it came to creating functionally sound bags. But they make every effort to catch up on the style quotient as well. This collection shows us exactly how! My favourite is this formal looking bag, that they call Aads Dhadkan, with a suede-finish flap and floral body that is neither to bold nor very understated. The length of the single top handle is ideal to carry on the arm or on the shoulder. There is also a black version of this. The dull gold hardware matches perfectly with the olive tone. I love how the slight curves introduced on the flap give it a completely new twist. The good news for animal lovers is these bags, as all other bags from Baggit, are made from synthetic leather, hence entirely cruelty-free.

My next favourite is this Dreamscape Tarzan in Mudyellow shade, as they call it. Again, an elegant bag shape and a floral design in a corner. The central zip extends quite a bit down on the sides, making accessing contents that much easier. The handles are a bit too short to be carried on the shoulder. It has absolutely minimal hardware, seen only on the zips.

I wish they had greater number of handbag options to choose from. The other items from this collection are wallets, phone pouches and belts. But am really looking forward to buy one of the above soon! I am just wondering why Baggit introduced the floral collection, apt for summers, at the beginning of fall!

Mother to three lovely boys and wife of a banking professional, I am extremely passionate about a host of topics, bags being one of them. For the record, the others are - makeup, travel, photography, in no particular order. Here I share my perspective on the Indian as well as the international bag-scene. As a youngster I would spend most of my money on bags and carry one according to my outfit. It is this love that I express through this blog. Needless to say, any suggestions for improvement, even healthy criticisms, are highly encouraged. Hope you enjoy your stay here and find something useful to help you on your next bag purchase!
