A dose of a bag a day can lift many a blues away! I can never have enough of bags – I think that’s well established by now. I keep discovering new shapes, designs each day and the excitement never abates. I do try to bring this excitement to my readers through my Facebook page but space is limited there. Hence, I decided to start this series on the blog, bringing to you bags that have been handpicked by me. Now, I do not claim to be the-one-who-knows-all-about-bags (no – there’s a long long way to get anywhere close to it), but I trust I have decent curating abilities! Follow along with me on this month long series of Baggit bags and let me know if you like what you see.
The 30 bags that I will feature are divided into a few categories, which I will reveal as the posts unfold. These posts will be crisp, objective in nature as opposed to pages and pages of description; there is already too much of an information overload these days. I’ll let the pictures do as much talking as possible.
Category 1: First up are 6 small sling bags. These are compact and apt for when you like to stay light and do not have much to carry barring your cash, cards, minimal make up and phone. All Baggit bags are made of cruelty free, non-leather material.
To begin with, here is the Baggit LMP (ladies multi pocket) Sherly Queen Royal Blue.
Vital Statistics
- Size: 19cm X 12cm X 4cm
- Color: Royal Blue and dark lavender (something on the lines of Pantone Color of 2014 – Royal Orchid)
- Number of Pockets: 7
- Detachable Sling: No
- Adjustable Strap Length: Yes
- Price: INR 1,075
Highlights
- Enough number of pockets to stay completely organized with all the small stuff.
- Good color combination.
- Sturdy
- Material is water-resistant
Lowlights
- The material of the blue part of the bag feels a bit tacky.
- Sun shades, which count under essentials, cannot be accommodated in any of the pockets (with its case I mean). But you can ignore this point if you like to prop them up on your head.
Overall Rating: ‘Can Buy’
